Item description

Our small, highly customer-focused office is in dire need of an Office Assistant on a temporary basis to start as soon as possible.

Our company, Norman Bastard and Associates, is founded on brilliant service and centred around making our customers happy.

Therefore, our ideal candidate will be a well-spoken and beautifully presented person with the ability to make people feel special. You will have excellent telephone skills and very good written and spoken English. Afrikaans, Zulu or Xhosa would be a distinct advantage. You will also be highly organised, structured and reliable.

Your skills will include MS Word and Excel, as well as some basic accounting knowledge. (Property management experience would be ideal.)If you have previous PA/Administrator experience then we can also use your filing and general office management talents.

This is a full time position (8:00 - 16:30) Monday – Friday, although we may need you on the occasional Saturday for a couple of hours.
